Return Window

Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase.
If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer an exchange.


Usage & Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • The product must contain at least 90% of the original fragrance

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Tester packs and bundle offers

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider (posting delays may occur)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@scentive.net and ship the product to the address shared by our support team.


Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable
    • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted
    • Items must be returned in original, intact packaging
    • Damaged packaging or products may incur additional charges
    • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Important Note

We highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery to ensure smooth handling of any return or exchange request.
